Interested in Volunteering at DSM First but don’t know where to start? Don’t worry, we have the answer!  Growth Track is the on-ramp to everything we do here at DSM First, including serving.

Kids

Help us invest in the next generation. From infants to 5th grade, we have a wide range of opportunities to help children know and love God.

Youth

Are you devoted to seeing teenagers encountering God? DSM First Youth is the place for you! Opportunities range from café worker, production crew, and working directly with jr. high and high school students.

Worship

We believe worship opens our hearts to see the evidence of God’s presence all around us. We have many opportunities for you to develop your gifts by serving on a worship team.

Media

Offering both technical and non-technical opportunities. Media team members help create smooth-running worship services. No previous experience is necessary.

Communications

Help people connect and recall great memories from events, services and projects in photos. Facilitates engagement so members and attenders feel like this is a place where they can belong and want to share with others. There are opportunities for a variety of skill levels.

Hospitality

Make everyone you come into contact with feel welcome. Provide helpful information and help direct people to needed resources. We have opportunities ranging from being a greeter, usher, or host at the Next Steps area or the First Time Guest area.

Connection Café

Set the example for the Coffee and Café Team by creating an energetic café atmosphere and an inviting experience for guests in and around the coffee and café area.

Free Medical Clinic

Health care workers – doctors, nurses and non-medical volunteers – needed to donate their time and skills to provide medical care to people in need.

Food Pantry

Demonstrate God’s compassion by helping families in-need have food for the week.
